How do I send my Projects?

You can choose to send via E-mail or FTP.  We have dedicated FTP for all of our Customers who have a regular work flow.

What quality controls measures do you have in place?

We have a Two Tier Quality Assurance Process. In the first tier we do a 100% quality check and the second tier has random sampling process done by our Managers.

Do you have a pricing sheet for your services?

Sure. Inorder to receive our updated price list, e-mail a request to  [email protected]

What is your ETA?

Usually 24 hours from the receipt of order. However the TAT may change depending upon the volumes received.

How do you Invoice and what is your payment cycle?

You may choose Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly invoice option. Our billing cycle is usually Net 30 days post project completion.

What Payment Options do you have?

Paypal and Wire Transfer or mail a check to our US Office.

What file formats do you support?

Digitized files are created on popular embroidery digitizing software including Wilcom, Tajima Pulse, Punto and Wings. We can work on raw input file formats such as JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, BMP, PIC, PDF or EPS among many others.

Camera ready artwork is created on a comprehensive range of licensed software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, DRAWings and GemMaster. We can work on raw input file formats such as JPG, GIF, PNG, TIF, BMP, PIC, PDF or EPS among many others.

How will I get my Project Orders back?

You will receive an e-mail notification with the Project Status and ETA Report. We will send you the completed files through e-mail or upload it on to our secured FTP account dedicated to you.

Do I get the same set of Artists or Graphics designers to work on my artwork orders?

Yes, the same set of artists will be retained for your Projects.

How can i check the project status?

How much does it cost to get an estimate and how long does it take?

We do not charge for estimates. Its completely free and takes less than one hour from the time we receive your request.

How do I get my finished embroidery design?

We will send the finished embroidery designs to you via email. Larger sized images are usually transferred through our FTP server.

Do you send sample files so we can evaluate your Services?

Yes, we can email samples of our digitized files. You can email us a request at [email protected]

Do you charge for Revisions?

Most of our editing is free. Charges only apply if we are tasked to digitize something new onto an existing logo including replacing an existing component with a new one.

Do you provide sewouts?

Sewouts are usually taken for internal quality checks. If there is a specific request from a customer for a sewout, the scanned image of one would be provided based on the requirement.

How do you estimate and arrive at a pricing for Digitizing?

We charge a flat fee per 1000 stitches. Customers who propose to send more than 50 files a day qualify for special pricing. You can request our pricing information from our resource center for both Artwork & Digitizing.
